Glad you made it here
Before you decide whether to book a session, we’d like to explain what happens during a session, why we offer it, and what you can expect.
What happens during a session?
The purpose of every session is to help you express the thought, emotion or experience that you have brought to the session.
As you speak, we’ll listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and guide the conversation in a way that encourages reflection. By the end, you’ll leave with written words that faithfully express what you’ve shared. Those words are yours to keep.
Why we offer these sessions?
We offer these sessions because we believe there is value in our experiences, thoughts and emotions.
If something has value, it deserves time. It deserves careful listening, thoughtful questions and reflection before it is faithfully expressed in words.
That is what we aim to do in every session.
Who are these sessions for?
These sessions are for people who are willing to give reflection a chance.
Perhaps you’ve been thinking about the same experience for weeks, months or even years. Or, there’s a conversation you want to have, something you want to write, or something you simply want to express more faithfully than you can at the moment.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want to say before booking a session. You simply need to be willing to talk, reflect and engage with the process.
What These Sessions Are Not
These sessions are not therapy. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or provide mental health advice.
They are not coaching. They are not designed to tell you what decisions to make or what direction your life should take.
